wellness and healing come in many different forms. for me its burning incense, journaling, or sound bath meditation. my grandmother amelia or mom as I called her, would always ask me, “what have you done for yourself today?” during that time i was a teenager, and would answer, “nothing.” honestly, that wasn’t true but it wasn’t until my late 20s that i realized small things i did daily were my form of self care and wellness.
this platform was created to help others explore daily wellness routines that make them happy.
everything i am, and will ever be is because of amelia virginia wright, and ira mae salter! i know they are proud of me and will forever watch over and pray for me, and I am thankful!
