please allow 2-3 days for orders to process. once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. all orders are shipped via USPS priority mail, please allow 5-7 days for your order to be delivered.

about our products
for shelf life, all of our skincare products are handcrafted in small batches. overall shelf life of all skincare products is 1 year. the melting point of shea butter is 89- 100F, if your product arrives melted, place the jar in a cool shaded area for a few hours and then use as normal. the texture of Bless our mothers shea butter is creamy, during winter months the texture may solidify. if this occurs, place the jar in a warm area for a few hours. most common areas are the kitchen, bathroom, indirect sunlight, or near a radiator or heating vent.
